Where can I take the Cepa exam?
Our exam is an online exam, so you can take it online in a quiet and peaceful environment that you think is suitable for your exam. Alternatively, you can also take the exam by scheduling an appointment at our British Side Beşiktaş center.
What level do I need to be for the Cepa exam?
The Cepa exam can measure all levels from A1 to C2 according to the international language framework. There is no specific lower limit for taking the exam.
What should I do if I encounter a problem during the exam?
If you experience a technical issue or an internet-related problem during your exam, and your exam session is disrupted, you can resume your exam from where you left off once the issue is resolved. For any issues you encounter during the exam, you can contact us by sending an email to cepa@britishside.com.
When will I receive the exam results?
The results for the Reading & Listening exams are provided on the same day, while the results for the Speaking and Writing exams are conveyed within 48 hours. Your results are sent only to your institution.
If my internet connection is lost, and I get disconnected from the exam, can I re-enter the exam? Can I continue from where I left off?
Yes, you can re-enter your test, and the test will resume from where you left off.
